My next Mind-less Monday is 18th November, at my lovely cabin in the centre of Warwick.
These sessions are for women who need a safe space. Somewhere you can come and let go of all that stuff you no longer need in your life. It's a space for you to come and just be you.
If you've been through a challenging time or a difficult relationship, this is for you.
We will do some group healing and personalised body alignment work. We will also do some somatic release movement and guided meditation.
At the end of the session you will be given a journal so you can begin your own journaling journey. This can be doodles or whatever you want it to be.
We start at 11a.m. and finish at 2.30p.m.
Just £60 per person.
