Men's Guided Meditation & Sound Bath with Trish @Code 11 Holistics

Join this new monthly group for men in Warwick.

If Carlsberg did soundbaths ........escape, rest, meditation, soundscape, sleep, hot drinks and cake!

This will be a safe space for men to come together to explore the transformational sounds and vibrations of a Sound Bath. No water involved!

Settle down for an hour, switch off your busy minds and let the sounds wash over you. Allow the Soundscapes to take you to a deeper state of rest and relaxation which in turn can rebalance the mind and body.

The session will start with a guided meditation, absolutely no experience is needed as the session will be lead by Trish, a qualified Sound Healing Practioner, which will then lead into a relaxing sound bath using sound healing instruments such as a Monolini, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Crystal Harp, Nepalese Wind Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum, Zaphir Chimes.

Sound healing has many benefits that can include:

Improved sleep and memory, reduced stress, decreased anxiety and depression, lowered blood pressure and profound relaxation.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a a yoga/camping mat or something to lie down on, a pillow and warm blanket,( eye mask/hot water bottle if you want to be extra cosy). A bottled drink of water is also advisable.

Please arrive at 6:40 pm so you can set up your space in the hall and get yourself comfortable so I can lock the doors and ensure the space is as peaceful as can be to start at 6:45pm.

There will be hot drinks and biscuits/cake available afterwards. The session will finish at 8pm.

**Please note that this event is not suitable for people with epilepsy (especially sound induced and people with severe mental health disorders, or anyone fitted with an electrical device such as a pacemaker**
