Please join us on April 15th for our Mindful Zen Garden Workshop guided by Art Therapist Samantha Jones! In addition to learning mindfulness practices, you are also able to choose the items that call to you to include in your box. Let your creativity flow as you design your box and learn the healing properties of the crystals you choose.
Bring a child, family member or friend and have a fun night learning, growing and connecting with yourselves and others.
This 2 hour session will combine art, therapeutic practices and creativity, and is sure to be a fun filled night!!
