Two groups can benefit from this class:
1. For anyone who has already taken one of our workshops or classes, this is an opportunity to come get a refresher and review for some of the techniques you learned and skills practiced. It is definitely challenging to retain the fundamentals of these arts after class is over. Here’s a chance to try them again, and ask those burning questions you’ve had since your last class!
Also,
2. For anyone who has not trained with us before, you can come follow along in the practice. Just do your best, and it’ll give you an idea whether or not you’d like to try some of this out in a longer session. We’ll make it so that you can learn at least one or two things that you can takeaway from the class.
How will this work?
Mainly, I’m going to see who comes and then plan a class that goes over what I know registered folks have already tried. You can expect it to be comprised of the Crystal Dragon Set, the Eight Brocades, stance training, visualization exercises and some Tai Chi Chuan. I will challenge participants at whatever level they show up with.
