Mindfulness Walk

Hi! We are Sam (therapist) and Cait (yoga teacher). We believe everyone deserves access to and welcome in the more than human world. Would you like to deepen your connection to yourself and your ecological home?
Come take a walk with us and reconnect with nature, yourself, and the present moment along the beautiful Lower Arroyo Trail. This gentle, immersive experience invites you to unwind and ground yourself in the peaceful surroundings of the Arroyo Seco.

We will be walking a flat, dirt trail that may not be accessible for every capacity depending on the season. If it has recently rained, the trail can be quite muddy, so we encourage you to plan your clothing and gear accordingly. We will open with a short centering exercise and then head out. Each walk varies in format, but expect to be moving for about 45 minutes of the planned hour.
