Mindfulness and Present Moment Awareness Series
Please join us for 75-minute sessions that include mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga.
5. January- Awareness of Thoughts. Beginners Mind. Shifting from doing to simply being. 1/10

First time students are free. The price for drop in classes is $25 per person. You can also purchase a 5 pack of classes for $75, or 10 classes for $130. To register, please click going to this event. If you have questions, please contact us through FB or text at 612-810-2065.
Each class starts with Mindfulness Meditation and continues with Yoga Fit movements which involve linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. We are going to learn to slow down, pause and become present with whatever is arising in our moment-to-moment experiences with a non- judgmental and non-competitive attitude. Class continues with movement that flows into deep relaxation at the end of each class with Lake Superior hot stones, warm oil infused towels and hot herbal tea.
1. September- Awareness of Breathing. Anchoring with Breath- Art of Attention. 9/13
2. October- Awareness of the Body. Sensations in the body. Mindful Walking. Body Scan. 10/4
3. November- Awareness of Emotions. Grateful Heart, Mind and Spirit. 11/1
4. December-Awareness of Emotions. Loving-Kindness and Compassion to All. 12/13
5. January- Awareness of Thoughts. Beginners Mind. Shifting from doing to simply being. 1/10
6. February- Awareness of Sound. Mantra, ability to stay present in the moment through sound.
7. March- Mindful Eating. Practice of being fully present and attentive to the experience of eating.
8. April – Everyday Mindfulness. Mindful communication. Trusting and inhabiting your being
