We're back! If you fancy a Friday night with a difference, come and join us for 2 hours of complete chilled, self nurturing relaxation.
No previous yoga experience necessary, this evening is for every body. You'll need comfortable clothes (layers are best) a blanket, yoga mat or garden recliner cushion - and anything else that allows you to be still , warm and super, super comfy!
Booking is essential as there is limited availability. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book.
** Sound baths are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy
