Mindfulness is the art of quieting the mind to let the present moment in. Please join us for a short mindfulness retreat to calm your thoughts and refocus on the now. Each mini-retreat will include an activity to help you recenter as well as a short discussion about different ways to include mindfulness in your daily routines.This event takes place every Monday in the 2nd floor Quiet Room.
