Mindfulness Meditation Walk (11/14)
About this Event
Walk mindfully through the gardens, notice changes within the seasons, and connect with the natural world. Each class offers a framework based in mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, increase focus and attention, and expand your practice.
All levels welcome, no prior meditation experience needed. Classes will be held outdoors with indoor or covered options available for inclement weather. Please dress appropriately with sturdy footwear.
