Candlelight Yin Yoga at Jenkins Arboretum
About this Event
A calm, cozy in-person yin yoga evening with community, welcoming both first-timers and experienced practitioners.
About the practice
Join Bianca of Sunday Reset Main Line for 50 minutes of slow, mostly floor-based poses at Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens. Bolsters, blankets, and blocks will help you settle comfortably into each pose and give it time. Your mat and props will be set up when you arrive, so just wear something cozy and come as you are.
Practice begins in a room with a wall of windows overlooking the trees, with a little winter light still outside. As the sky darkens, the practice finishes by candlelight.
