Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Mindful Meditation session at The Mynd Clinic. Take some time out of your busy schedule to focus on your mental well-being and find inner peace.

During this in-person event, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn different meditation techniques to help calm your mind and reduce stress.

Instructor, Dr. Kelsey Evans-Amalu will be guiding participants through an accessible meditation, designed to create ease for new and old practitioners.

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this event is open to all levels. So, come as you are and get ready to unwind in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We encourage you to dress comfortably and bring any additional materials like meditation cushions, pillows, or blankets. We have a few mats available for use in case you would like to use our items instead.
