Join us in the spacious solar studio for a satisfying and supportive moving meditation. Vinyasa (placing your body in a special way) yoga is rooted in the practice of controlling your breath
(pranayama) while linking the postures together creating a moving meditation. Simple movements, building towards more complex foundational postures. There will always be options to modify for those newer to the practice. You will be given time to find optimal comfort for your final relaxation.
