About me

Andrea is an externally accredited and registered Meditation Teacher (BSoM). For many years she has immersed herself in different styles of meditation and experienced the profound benefits of this practice. I’m also a Reiki Master practitioner, accredited by the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC). Andrea is passionate about helping others to find their inner calm through meditation and mindfulness.
