Mindfulness in Action | Feng Shui
Katie Rogers is the founder of the Wind Horse School of Feng Shui where she helps clients create homes and workplaces that support clarity, calm, and well-being. Drawing on the ancient Chinese practice of working with the flow of energy, or "chi," Katie will share how she came to this work, the core ideas behind Feng Shui, and a few simple ways to bring more intention into the spaces where we live and work. Her central belief is that our homes are a reflection of our lives, and that small, intentional changes can have a surprisingly big impact.
About the Speaker: Katie Rogers is a certified Feng Shui consultant based in Birmingham, offering consultations locally and worldwide. She trained at the Feng Shui Training Center in Salt Lake City in the Tibetan Black Hat tradition and is a Professional Red Ribbon member of the International Feng Shui Guild. She is also a Reiki Master, an artist, a writer and a filmmaker, her latest project being the feature documentary, Tuxedo Junction: the Almost Lost Story, currently streaming via the PBS App.
