Whole person wellbeing is integral for living fully regardless of our given circumstances. Learning how to meet stress, difficulty and life as it is in constant change is something Janine Tandy, a Senior Mindfulness teacher is so passionate about.  Join Janine in weekly Monday classes to explore what this all means in an experiential way.
