About this Event
Join me for a gentle 4-week mindfulness journey designed to help you slow down, feel more present, and reconnect with yourself.
This course is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to build a simple, supportive mindfulness practice.
Each session includes:
• Simple, practical mindfulness guidance
• Guided meditation
• 15–20 minute sound healing

– calm your mind
– become more present
– build awareness in everyday life
What makes this experience especially unique is that we’ll be gathering in the EE System room at Soul House.
The EE System (Energy Enhancement System) creates a deeply supportive and calming environment that many people find helps them relax more quickly, drop deeper into meditation, and feel more restored.
Combined with mindfulness and sound healing, this space allows you to fully unplug, reset your nervous system, and receive the experience on a deeper level.
This is a small group setting to create a more personal and comfortable experience.
