Dear Beautiful Movers,You’re invited to gather on Sunday, May 3rd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon for a nourishing morning of 5Rhythms practice.
Together we will move through the wave:
Flowing to ground and root.
Staccato to clarify and express.
Chaos to release and liberate.
Lyrical to uplift and open.
Stillness to integrate and listen.
This is an empowering, heart-centered space where movement becomes alchemy. Where breath softens the edges. Where what feels heavy can shift. Where joy can rise naturally from the body.
No choreography. No performance. Just honest movement, good music, and a welcoming community floor.
All levels are welcome, including first-timers.
