Mindfulness (Family Center Huron Heights)

Join us at the Family Centre Huron Heights is happy to announce that Marrymount Family and Crisis Support Centre, will be facilitating a mindfulness group for preschool children (3-5 years old) and their caregivers at the Family Centre Huron Heights!The program will focus on learning to identify and appropriately express feelings, coping strategies, and mindfulness through mindful movement and exploring our senses. Sessions will include stories, activities, and play, as well as a chance for caregivers to discuss questions and strategies with the group facilitator.

This is a 4 week session (June 11, 18,25 and July 2) being offered on Thursday afternoon from 3:30-4:30pm.
