8 Week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course
Wednesdays 7pm – 9pm Date: 2/10/2024- 20/11/2024
Location: The course will be on Zoom with an in person practice day.

Practice day Saturday 9/11/2024 10am to 4pm. St John’s Hall, Robin Hood Lane, Kingston Vale, SW15 3PY
The practice day offers the opportunity for extended period of practice.
The cost of the course including the practice day £40 or £20 for the practice day alone.
