Another in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) session kicks off in June 2026 on Wednesday afternoons at The Marsh in Minnetonka, MN!MBSR has been researched for over 40 years and consistently delivers benefits associated with increased self-awareness, and attentional and emotional regulation. In addition, outcomes have included reductions in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression, chronic pain and hypertension.
This highly participatory, practical course includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching and mindful yoga, group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life, and daily home assignments. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program schedule consists of one orientation class (1.5 hours), eight weekly classes (2.5-3 hours), and one daylong retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (6.5 hours).
Schedule for the Summer 2026 Wednesday Afternoons Session:
Orientation: June 24 from 3 - 4:30 p.m. Central
Session 1: July 1 from 3 - 6 p.m.
Session 2: July 8 from 3 - 5:30 p.m.
Session 3: July 15 from 3 -5:30 p.m.
Session 4: July 22 from 3 - 5:30 p.m.
Session 5: July 29 from 3 - 5:30 p.m.
Session 6: August 5 from 3 - 5:30 p.m.
Retreat: Saturday, August 8 from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Session 7: August 12 from 2 - 4:30 p.m.
Session 8: August 19 from 3 - 6 p.m.

This course is approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching for 28.5 continuing education units (CE-000068-1).
