This course will introduce you to mindfulness and meditation practices guiding you to incorporate these techniques into your daily life for improved mental well-being and emotional balance.

Live sessions will be on Saturdays (3:00 pm MST) via Zoom.

And since the magic happens live – There’s a special type of accountability that happens when you show up to these live lessons fully present and working together in the moment. Be sure you do what needs to be done to BE THERE LIVE! There will be NO REPLAYS of the live sessions.
