About this Event
Experiencing a lot of mental chatter? Well, take a break during the week, and join us for a mindfulness meditation on Zoom every Wednesday, 12:30 - 1:00pm (Taipei time). The intention is to cultivate calmness, inner peace and resilience.
Mindfulness is about present moment awareness without judgement, and these sessions draw on the principles of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
Approved by the National Health Service (NHS) England as an alternative treatment to antidepressants, MBCT is also useful to help anyone dealing with stress.
Suitable for people without prior meditation experience to advanced practitioners.
Free, friendly, non-religious (non-faith based).
If you have any questions, please contact noellelimlj(at)gmail(dot)com
This event is in collaboration with Kampung Admiralty, Singapore.
