Mindfulness and Creativity Workshop

JenMarie Landig is leading a Mindfulness and Creativity Workshop, which explores the intersection of mindfulness and movement. We’ll tune into our bodies and explore our senses, “blue sky,” flow state, and more in order to get in touch with our creativity.

Joining JenMarie is special guest Tanja Schroeder, M.A, founder of Link, an organization that empowers individuals and organizations to manage stress and prevent burnout. Certified in yoga and breathwork facilitation, she will be leading a special Yin Yoga session as part of the workshop.

This workshop is open to everyone, whether you are a professional artist or consider yourself the least creative person in the world!

This workshop is part of the programming of Light Made Visible, an exhibition of JenMarie Landig’s photographs presented together with paintings by Maha Bazzari, hosted by The 3rd Space Gallery.

The exhibition is on view through May 31st.
Gallery is open every day from 11:30 am - 5:30 pm.
