About this Event

Join us for a relaxing and mindful Yoga Class to help you de-stress, unwind and settle into your evening after a busy day at school. Izzy will guide you through gentle Yoga sequences and meditations with essential oils to really encourage you to be in the present moment and relieve any anxieties you may be facing during the middle of exam season.

Please book your FREE ticket so we have an idea of numbers and so we can send you a compulsory registration form that your parent/carer must fill out.

*Parents/ carers must complete the registration form on behalf of their young person before the session. These forms will be emailed after sign up.
