Mindful Yoga at Legacy Equestrian (Donation-based, pre-registration REQUIRED.)

On select Saturday mornings, connect with your body and your breath, under the expansive blue sky of Legacy Equestrian in Millstadt, IL. Held among rolling horse pastures, these slow, mindful yoga practices are beginner-friendly and open to all ages. Optional Reiki is also offered during our final resting pose of Savasana, at no additional charge.
While this offering is donation-based, **pre-registration is required** to support the safety and integrity of this beautiful space and all who reside here.
