The Goddess Within: Mythology, Movement, & Meditation

Connect with the Goddess Within through this six part series, weaving together storytelling, yoga, meditation, and reflection, to embody the energy of the seasons and the aspects of these goddesses that reside within us. Held outdoors at Legacy Equestrian in Millstadt, IL, each month's class will focus on a different goddess. Attend them all, or just those sessions that call to you.
🌅 May: Eos, Aurora (dawn, new beginnings, awakening)
☀️ June: Áine (sun, warmth, blossoming, joy)
🌸 July: Aphrodite (love, beauty, pleasure, self-expression)
🌊 August: Coventina (water, flow, healing, reflection)
⚖️ September: Persephone (cycles, transformation, balance, introspection)
🕯️October: Hecate & Hestia (grounding, threshold, inner wisdom, integration)
What's Included:
- 90 minutes of storytelling, yoga (beginner-friendly), meditation, and reflection, to feel into, and embody, each month's featured goddess and related aspects of self.
- Held outdoors, amidst the rolling pastures of Legacy Equestrian, held by the Earth, beneath the expansive sky. (Note: in case of rain, we will be indoors.)
- The use of yoga blocks and straps to support you when needed.
- Each session limited to 10 participants to provide a safe and supportive atmosphere to explore, move, and reflect.

Water
Journal
Any additional yoga props or items to further support you (e.g., blanket, crystals, eye pillow, etc.).
When:
One Sunday morning per month, May through October.
