Our Mindful Yoga practice consists of gentle stretching and strengthening exercises done slowly with awareness of breath as we move from pose to pose.
All levels welcome; modifications and variations will be offered. Bring yoga blocks and straps to use with modifications.
This is a hybrid series - in-person and online options are available.
Members: $36/3-week series
Non-Members: $52/3-week series
