🔸WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? This isn’t just about logging distance or speed—it’s about mental wellness, too. Together, we’ll practice mindfulness to quiet that busy mind, let go of stress, and truly enjoy the moment as we run.
🔸WHY IS IT FREE? Simple: I love running and believe in the power of mindfulness. Sharing that joy and calm with others is a privilege!

🔸WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
☑️Meet in Phillips Memorial Park with a brief guided meditation to set the tone.
☑️Run
☑️Pause for a brief mindfulness practice.
☑️Repeat the run and mindfulness cycle.
☑️Before the final run, I’ll share a thought-provoking question to reflect on as you run.
☑️We finish the 5KM back in the park, sharing reflections if you feel like it and set an intention for the rest of the week.
