Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join us on a transformative journey through the stunning nature of Aruba with our Mindful Nature Hikes. Our hikes are perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and bored and looking to connect with nature, themselves, and others.
Led by a certified Wayfinder & Nature Life & Grief Coach, each hike is designed to nurture and inspire you with a different topic, and you'll learn new coaching tools that help you navigate life with more ease, freedom, and courage. Whether you're seeking more meaningful connections, hoping to reduce stress, feel more energized, or simply want to experience more happiness, our hikes are the perfect way to do so.
Each hike lasts between 2 ½ - 3 hours and includes a range of activities such as meditation, mindful exercises, and storytelling.
We have the following dates available:
• 2026: Saturday, January 10 & 31 @ 6:00 am.

The participation fee for each hike is only US $20. Local residents enjoy special rates. Expect a confirmation email within 48 hours, including all the necessary details and payment instructions.
