Dear woman,
On January 31st we’ll gather for a Women’s Circle, aligned with the full moon in Leo.
During the circle, we’ll dive deeper into your heart’s desire, your intention for 2026. We’ll create a vision board that you can take home with you. And we’ll soften and turn inward through Yoga Nidra and Reiki.

Literally translated, Yoga Nidra means “sleep of the yogi.” The practice guides you into a deep state of relaxation, allowing the mind to become quiet so you can journey to the wisdom within.
Don’t be fooled by the name, during Yoga Nidra you remain awake. Through a guided meditation, I lead you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. A space where you can recharge your energy and connect with your subconscious. Because everything you seek is already inside you.
Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Through gentle hand placements, life force energy flows on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. It brings balance and can help relieve pain, reduce stress, support relaxation, and process emotions.
