Mindful Museum Experience

Join us for an intentional and reflective experience with the Inner Gallery Circle. Set within the Studio Museum in Harlem, this gathering invites you to move beyond simply viewing art and into a space of presence, connection, and self-reflection.
This Sunday, April 5, at 3pm, we'll explore each floor of the museum through guided prompts and thoughtful conversation. You'll be a part of a small, intentional group creating space to build meaningful connections with fellow art lovers while exchanging perspectives and insights.
You will also receive curated writing prompts to use during the experience and take home for continued reflection.
