Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing, nature-filled space. This women's wellness day is designed to help you gently shift out of yor mind and back into your body through movement, stillness and meaningful connection.
We'll begin with a grounding hike, allowing you a reset and present in nature. From there, we'll flow into a gentle yoga session followed by a deeply restorative sound bowl healing experience to calm your nervous system and release tension.
You'll also be nourshised with a mindful, plant-forward meal and guided into intentional conversation centered around self-awareness, emotional regulation, and returning to your authentic self.
This experience is perfect for women seeking clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to their body and inner voice.
