Join Erin in the Hermann Room for a playful journey into mindfulness and emotional literacy with movement games, stories and songs designed for children ages 2-6 (siblings welcome) to attend with a caregiver. Free!Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of the moment — helping kids manage their feelings and behaviors, improving attention, social interactions and overall well-being.
The Coalition for Children is an education and support program for caregivers with children from birth to age 6 funded by a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Our programs are available at no cost to families thanks to the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) Grant.
