Yoga with Anna at Mahoney’s Falmouth

Join us on Monday's from 10-11 AM for a rejuvenating yoga experience set in the serene Oasis of Mahoney’s Garden Center. This tranquil space offers the perfect backdrop to reconnect and ground yourself with gratitude. These classes occur each Monday from January 19th - February 23rd. This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re a practicing yogi or a curious beginner. Guided by Anna Lambros, a seasoned 500hr Cape Cod teacher, leading classes on Cape since 2008. She is also a practicing, certified Reiki Master, using this energy healing to help others help heal themselves.

The class will flow through poses that stretch, strengthen, and relax your body, all while reconnecting your mind, body and spirit in the beauty of this natural sanctuary.

Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle and any props you’d like to have and join us as we embrace the restorative power of nature during the winter months.
