Mindful Movement and Meditation for Chronic Pain (6-Week Series)
About this Event
A series of classes introducing a brain-first ap-proach to primary pain symptoms, grounded in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and supported by meditation and gentle movement.
This four-week program offers patients practical, evidence-based mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga techniques specifically designed to help manage chronic pain. Through guided practices, breathwork, and mindful movement, participants will learn how to calm the nervous system, reduce stress-related pain responses, and improve mobility in a safe and supportive environment.
Research shows that mindfulness and yoga can decrease pain intensity, improve sleep, and enhance overall emotional well-being— empowering patients to feel more in control of their health and quality of life. This workshop is suitable for all levels and will be tailored to individual needs and abilities.
