Please join us at for our FREE, all levels welcomed, monthly yoga class at The Square with Caren Plummer, founder of cp:yoga and a mainstay in DC's flourishing fitness community. All levels welcomed.

Come for yoga & community, stay for all the incredible culinary experience that The Square has to offer highlighting boldest flavor and culinary experiences alongside the city’s emerging culture of tomorrow.
