We will learn about yoga, mindfulness and meditation! Concentration and focus will help us have fun with circuit training and games, develop skills to increase strength, balance and cardio capacity through the art of play. Our Mindful Monkeys Yoga and Movement Program is designed to teach and develop self-awareness skills, discipline, agility, and fitness.
Your children will be exposed to a nurturing environment where they will learn:
Balance and coordination - Memory - Life Skills
Self love - Positive Socialization
Exercise - Creative, unique expression
This 45 minute monthly program begins on Wednesday, September 3rd. We will meet from 4:15p to 5:00p

Our monthly program fee is $65
Please bring a water bottle and be dressed comfortably. We will lock the door at 10 minutes past class start time and you will not be able to enter class if you are arriving more than 10 minutes late.
If we have room available, our drop in rate is $18
