This class provides a nurturing environment for preteens to explore more complex poses and asana than in classes for younger children as well breathing exercises, movement games, mindfulness/meditation activities, and much-needed relaxation techniques.Our Afterschool Preteen Yoga and Movement Program is designed to teach and develop self-awareness skills, discipline, agility, and fitness.
Your children will be exposed to an environment where they will learn:
Balance and coordination - Memory - Life Skills
Self love - Positive Socialization
Exercise - Creative, unique expression
This monthly program begins on Wednesday, September 3rd. We will meet from 5:15p to 6:15p
Our monthly program fee is $75
Please bring a water bottle and be dressed comfortably. We will lock the door at 10 minutes past class start time and you will not be able to enter class if you are arriving more than 10 minutes late.
If we have room available, our drop in rate is $20
