💃 VXN Workouts: Get ready to sweat and dance your way to fitness with VXN! This high-energy workout uses commercial choreography (aka what you'd see in music videos or concerts) to create a diverse, inclusive dance experience! The classes are designed to create an environment where you can experience an emotional release, mind-body connection, and a sense of community all while burning a ton of calories. We operate under the ethos that dance is for absolutely everyone, and we pride ourselves on being inclusive and offering a safe, judgement free zone. Let loose, move to the rhythm, and unleash your inner superstar!
