We understand that black women face unique challenges in the business world. BlackBone Project seeks to address these barriers by providing them sources, support, and opportunities needed to succeed. BlackBone resources cater to the needs of Black working women by offering tailored support at every stage of their business development journey.

Whether it's ideation for a startup or scaling upon existing business, our resources are scaled to match participants' needs. Our commitment to wellbeing sets us apart, as we embed health/wellbeing coaching, mental health counseling, and incubator spaces throughout all our activities, helping build personal resilience.

The BlackBone Project launch event will engage 1,000 Black Women in a day-long summit. The summit will include interactive activities, breakout sessions, and live performances.
