About this Event
Please join us for a 60-minute Mindfulness Meditation and Stretching class. The first part of the class will be a moving meditation composed of simple yoga poses, deep breathwork, and stretches. The second part of the class is guided meditation (roughly 15-20 minutes long), which is done in stillness. The last 5-8 minutes is a deep relaxation. Participants will come away from the class knowing more about mindfulness and how to be more present-centered by increasing the awareness of their breath. You can bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, yoga blocks, and water.
Note: Repeated failure to attend Wells Branch Library programs you are registered for could result in your being blocked from future registration.
