The Summer Solstice is the year’s zenith of light—a potent moment to celebrate vitality, clarify direction, and devote your energy to what you truly want to grow. As the Sun stands still, we pause with it: to kindle inner fire, open the heart, and align action with soul.
Join Tej & Ray for an uplifting evening of movement, music, and deep rest designed for the long light of summer. This ceremony emphasizes embodied presence—inviting you to feel, breathe, and receive.

You’ll experience:
☀️ Astrology update for the Solstice: themes of radiance, purpose, and sustainable momentum
🧘 Hatha-inspired movement to energize, open the chest, and balance solar/lunar channels
🌬 Breathwork for clarity + calm focus
🎶 Live music & original songs by Ray (voice, guitar, hand percussion)
🔔 Sound healing immersion with singing bowls and gong for deep replenishment
🌟 Closing intention ritual to carry the season’s light forward
