Mindful Mamas is a one-time, 75-minute intentional gathering for mothers seeking space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.This experience is guided by a thoughtful theme and weaves together meditation, gentle yoga, and mindset work. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, move through slow, accessible yoga aligned to the theme, and close with a short reading followed by time for reflection and optional sharing.
This is not a workout or a performance-based yoga class. It is a pause — a place to breathe, move with care, and sit in community with other mothers navigating similar seasons of life.
No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Come as you are.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a journal.

Optional Kids Craft + Play Add-On: To support moms in fully engaging in this experience, an optional Kids Craft + Play add-on is available during the session. While moms are in class, children will enjoy a calm, guided craft followed by supervised play in our foam pit and turf space, led by Clubhouse educators in small groups.
Ages: 3–10
*Participation is based on a child’s comfort and readiness for independent engagement rather than age alone. We are happy to welcome younger children if they are ready.
