This workshop is an invitation to explore arm balances as living stories not just physical achievements. Designed for adventurous yogis who are curious about taking flight, we'll break down arm balances with accessible technique while uncovering the myths, symbolism, and personal narratives behind the poses. Through playful practice, thoughtful storytelling, and a willingness to try (and wobble), students will learn to approach arm balances with curiosity instead of pressure. The goal isn't perfection, it's connection to the pose, the process, and the stories we carry when we dare to lift off. Postures we'll explore: crow, side crow, eight angle, elephant trunk.
