About the Program: Join our monthly crafting circle guided by an art therapist. This gathering invites you to explore creativity and inner peace through handcrafts - whether knitting, embroidery, crochet, or any meditative craft that calls to you. We'll begin and end with guided meditation, create space for socializing and personal projects, and conclude with a journaling session and reflective sharing. We'll create, connect, and cultivate mindfulness - one stitch at a time.
Bring a project that you're currently working on. Limited supplies are available for those without a project.
About the Facilitator: This monthly gathering is facilitated by Maggie Evans, a certified art therapist and licensed mental health counselor with a BA emphasizing in textiles.
