Join Sierra in the sacred practice of elemental dance embodiment! This month, we will be focusing on the water element, using both guided & intuitive movements to deepen our connection to water & our bodies.
Water is directly linked with the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) The energy center which governs our sense of creativity, play, emotion, pleasure & sensuality. When this energy is balanced, we feel more connected to our bodies desires, emotionally intelligent, our creativity is enhanced & we find more strength in intimacy. When it’s blocked, we feel disconnected to our emotions, a lack of creativity, & issues with intimacy & relationships.
Water is the element of flow. By connecting with this element we learn how to let go of control, how to find more trust in ourselves & the universe, & how to be more present!
This is a space to come home to yourself, guided by the wisdom of nature & the power of intentional movement.
