Mindful Jog is a free community event in Chiang Mai that combines a short guided meditation with an easy paced road run.
We will meet at Living a Dream Cafe and begin with a brief grounding practice to settle the body and focus the mind. From there, we head out for a relaxed community jog designed to support movement, recovery, and connection. This is not a race. It is a welcoming space for people who want to move, breathe, and start the day with more clarity.
Whether you are an experienced runner, returning to movement, or simply looking for a healthier community in Chiang Mai, this event is designed to be approachable and supportive. The run will be easy paced, and participants are welcome to slow down, walk, or stop at any point if needed.
