Designed to promote relaxation, balance, and mental clarity, you'll experience the grounding power of breathwork alongside flowing movements. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a serene environment to center yourself, release stress, and cultivate mindfulness. Please bring your own yoga mat.

About Shruthi:
Shruthi is a certified yoga instructor with over 300 hours of training, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Children’s Yoga. Her mission is to empower kids and adults alike through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork. Shruthi specializes in creating fun and engaging sessions for kids while also guiding adults on their mindfulness journeys.
