Mindful breastfeeding group

This small group comes together in a beautiful woodland setting.

We have access to a campfire, which brings a cozy feel to our chats about breastfeeding basics such as skin to skin, positioning/ attachment, and building confidence in understanding the how lactation works. We also do some mindfulness practices, such as gentle movement, mindfulness and journalling.
Please wear footwear suitable for the woodland and you may wish to bring a camping chair.
