Family forest yoga

Based in a beautiful woodland setting, (parking available), Little Bear Woods is the perfect place for new & expectant families to gather. Co-regulation is a mutual exchange between parent and baby, where they connect emotionally, to reach a place of calmness together. It can help both parent and child to navigate their big feelings together. We all have to learn co-regulation and some of the practices we use are an opportunity to do exactly that!

Cherry is a Mum, Midwife and yoga teacher, who runs a variety of groups and sessions for families, including: Mindful breastfeeding, Family forest yoga and Calm connections pregnancy and new parents group.
We have a campfire, refreshments and access to a toilet, to make the sessions comfortable. Please wear clothing and footwear suitable for a forest environment. You may like to bring a camping chair and warm drink with you.

If you feel nervous about group settings, please let me know so that we can agree how best I can support you on the day.
